Textile Machinery Company Held Ceremony for New Recruitments to Acknowledge Masters
At the beginning of the new year, Textile Machinery Company has got a lot of big orders. To complete the increasing orders, we have recruited many fresh employees. In order to better fit into company, become an qualified Hicorper, Textile Machinery Company actively pushed the improvement of new staff, and organized the ceremony for new recruitments to acknowledge masters.
The installation division first respond on 5th March, the 14 new comers wore new uniforms and started to work at Hicorp , and they were appointed masters at the morning meeting ceremonially.
The machining division also took advantage of morning meeting to hold the ceremony, the Manger Xu delivered a speech ,new employee introduced themselves, acknowledged masters , familiarized the workshop condition, understood the safety production factors, and better joined in our team.
The metal sheet division also communicated with each other at morning meeting, firstly the new employees introduced themselves and talked about their working experiences for others reference. Then the ceremony was started , the apprentice and master shook hands and promised to help each other during work.
The master’s responsibilities are stipulated at the ceremony : ①to be responsible for the apprentice’s safety, to give safety trainings and show the safety operation procedures; ② to teach the apprentice from basic knowledge and skill; ③ to dispatch the excellent working style, occupational ethics, safety production experiences to apprentice; ④to be strictly with the apprentice;⑤to be broad-minded, take care of the apprentice’s daily life and thoughts, let the new employees work warmly at Hicorp, and take our company as the platform to achieve their values.
Meanwhile, we also put forward the basic requirements to apprentice: ①basically, all young men are treated as apprentice;② the apprentices must be eager to learn; ③respect the masters and abide by the master’s instructions; ④be diligent and hardworking; ⑤help to share the master’s burden; ⑥ be good at learning, learn skills and technology actively;
All the divisions held ceremony at the beginning of the new year, as improving the working efficiency, helping the new employees to learn new skills, showing our excellent conventional culture, creating well working environment. More and more new employees deeply understand our culture and team building concepts.
