Hicorp Group Organized Special Training Activities on Food Safety in Summer
Summer is coming, it is also the peak season for food accident, in order to improve the sense of food safety, to provide healthy , safe and nutritious food for employees and customers, Hicorp Group organized special training activities on food safety in the afternoon of 15th May, all the employees from restaurant and canteen attended the training.
The training was held at meeting room No.500, hosted by the Security personnel Fu Wei, combing with the requests of Food and Drug Safety Management and the actual situation of company, he explained the notice on food safety from four aspects:1.knowledge about food safety; 2. Analysis and understanding of the excessive food; 3.food poisoning and prevention;4. Specific prevention measures for food process.
In the course of training, combined with the recent food safety accidents occurred in Huangdao District, he analyzed and explained the possible results and damage combined with “Food Safety Law”, all participated personnel had a deep impression on importance and significance of implementation safety food . and all the trained personnel were given examinations.
Food is the basic of the people, security is the basic of the food, food safety is the top priority of safety management. Through training, all the catering service personnel have an intuitive understanding of the importance of food safety and safety prevention, and their awareness of safety prevention was strengthened, the training has reached good effect.
