Hicorp Textile Machinery Company Held Graduation Ceremony of Training Activities for Foreign Staff in Autumn 2018
The Branch Training Center of Hicorp Textile Machinery Company held the graduation ceremony of training activities for foreign staff in Autumn 2018 on 4 Oct, the General Manger Zhao and the related Department Heads attended the ceremony.
The graduation ceremony was hosted by Zhou Ping, the Director of Training Center , the foreign staff firstly talked about his understanding , expressed his sincere gratitude to our company’s help in his work, learning and life.
The General Manager Zhao had reviewed the training activities, he put forward that people were the foundation for creating centennial Hicorp , the improvement of people’s quality was relying on training, the training for foreign after-sales service staff was not only included the theories of skills , as well as uniforms, service , site 7s , etc. The training time was short, the foreign staff should adapt to the lift and learning gradually, we will improve our training system gradually, provide more comprehensive training . Finally the General Manager Zhao put forward the requirements to foreign staff, he hoped the foreign staff to combine with how to be a respectable Hicorp people, carry out our Mission of providing service for global customers, and show our quality.
The General Manager Zhao issued the Graduation Certificate to foreign staff and expressed congratulations on him, and all the participants took photos at last.
