Hicorp Organized Training Activities for Financial & Legal Affairs in April
In order to improve sense of financial management, respond to the new changes caused by tax policy optimization, enhance the abilities of financial and purchasing personnel, strengthen legal sense, taking the theme of “the Relations between Financial & Legal Affairs and Purchasing and Marketing”,Hicorp Training Center orgainzed training activities for finanical and legal affairs in the afternoon on 18th Arpil. The training was hosted by CFO Tang, there were about 50 participants from all branch companies , financial ,purchasing and marketing departments.
The CFO Tang started with the effect on enterprises caused by VAT policy reformation, mainly explained the financial requirements for purchasing and marketing personnel after VAT reformation, and also illustrated the tax rate adjustment of input tax deduction policy for passenger transport services. Combing with the current situation, the changes of settlement, he requested all department to learn more knowledges about funds , reduce the cost, increase the utilization rate of funds.
During training, the CFO Tang summarized the disputes recently handled by the Legal Affairs Center, focusing on the legal support on purchasing and marketing, requiring everyone to strengthen legal sense and protect our own interests. Combing with the actual case, we should think about our delivery methods, abide by the contract, and protect our interests. And for the payment of deposit, he suggested the amount better in integers without docimals.
After training, the President commented on the training activities, and asked everyone to enhance financial sene. He pointed out that finance is the basis and center of enterprise management , all the management activities is closely related to financial management, and our financial department has done a lot of work in recent years and standardized the financial management. The President finally required Financial Center and Audit Center to actively respond to the new situation and changes , take advantage of inforamtion methods, strengthen financial management. The unified version of financial management software will be on line in Jan, 2020.
The training lasted 90 minutes ,inspired our financial sense and legal consciousness, played an important role in the next work. In 2019, the training activities are proceeding in an intense and orderly manner, with targets, special topics, communications and assessments, so as to promote the development of trainings and improve the quality of all staff.
