We Held the Closing Ceremony of 2019 Potential Supervisor Training
Qingdao Hicorp Group Co., LTD held the closing ceremony of the 2019 potential supervisor training at meeting room in this vigorous day on 4th May, 2020. The closing ceremony was hosted by Director Chai Li, Sun Xu, General Manger Su Xu, Deputy General Manager Yi Yuwu, representatives of functional departments and potential supervisors attended the closing ceremony.
First of all, Mr. Yin led all the trainees make solemn oath. All trainees are required to keep in mind their original aspiration, the mission of Hicorp Group , dare to take on responsibilities and study diligently, and strive together to realize the beautiful vision of "leading the industry and creating a century- old Hicorp".
Combing with their actual work, all trainees shared their learning, reflection and achievements in the past by PPT. In the report, the leaders asked their questions and deployed the work in the future.
Mr. Sun summed up the ceremony, he firstly expressed congratulations on the 8 trainees, and fully affirmed the learning and growth of all students in this year. Mr Sun stressed that all the trainees should cooperate with each other, strengthen mutual communication and learning, and make progress together. He pointed out that as the young supervisors, we should keep the corporate culture in mind in the future work and study, implement our culture firmly, and truly understand the core value of “Focusing on customers, leading the industry by innovation”. In the daily work, we should apply to actual work, improve our abilities step by step. All trainees should read more books, keep self-reflection, make progress constantly and shoulder more responsibilities.
Mr. Sun and Mr. Yin issued graduation certificates to all trainees at the end of ceremony, and it was completed successfully.
