Textile Machinery Company Held Signing Ceremony for Job Commitment of Gird Planning Administrator
To strengthen grid control system, improve the sense of responsibility of whole staff, promote the efficiency of information transmission, Textile Machinery Company held the signing ceremony for job commitment of grid planning administrator at the meeting room of Installation Division at 4 p.m. on July 6, 2018 . The General Manager Zhao attended the meeting and gave a speech, Managers , Planning Personnel and Monitors and team leaders attend the ceremony.
Before the meeting, the Production Manager Zheng Jiwei explained the current production plan and the significance of pushing grid. Subsequently, the General Manager Zhao gave a speech, he explained the current order problems and the training purpose: planning in place is an important process of management. The signing ceremony is the process of communication for each employee , as our orders in increasing, lack of parts becomes the common problem, he puts forward that planning is the priority, planning is the order, commitment is dignity, all divisions should make profound reconsiderations, and carry out the plans in place.
During meeting, Manager Zhen guided employees to learn responsibilities and assessment measures of gird planning administrators, and explained the post commitment, all the participated employees clearly understand their post responsibilities and development directions.
