Textile Machinery Held Summary & Commendation Meeting for the First Half Year
Textile Machinery Company held the Summary and Commendation Meeting for the half year at Machining Division in the afternoon of July 11,2018. The meeting was hosted by the Financial Manager Wang Junfeng, all the employees attended this meeting.
At the meeting, the Manager Wang Junfeng on behalf of company addressed the retirement speech on Li Zhifang and Zhang Guizhi who retired in the first half year, he appraised their decades of work and expressed our sincere gratitude and hearty blessings. The General Manager Zhao and Vice-general Manager Wang presented the honorable red flowers to the retired workers, as well as retirement certificates and souvenirs.
The Production Manager Zhen Jiwei read “Decisions on appraising the teams who made excellent contributions during SCO meeting” and “ Decisions on appraising excellent teams in the first half year ”. The Manager Wang read “Decisions on appraising the excellent innovative items in the first half year” and “Decisions on awarding reasonable suggestions put forward by after-sales service at the second quarter”. The Sales Manager Guo Jiayang read “Decisions on appraising excellent employees of after-sales service ”. All the appraised teams and individuals were awarded at the meeting.
At the meeting ,the Quality Control Manager Zhang Jinlun guided all quality inspector read the quality promise. There were 68 personnel including all Managers, team leaders, monitors and quality inspectors reviewed the quality promise in the witness of all workers.
The Vice-general Manager Wang Chenji summarized the quality work of the first half year, put forward the problems occurred in the first half year and the specific requirements of the next half year.
Finally, the General Manager Zhao gave a comprehensive summary for the work we did in the first half year, made comments on the existed problems and arranged the work in the next half year.
The General Manager Zhao pointed out that with all employees’ hardworking in the first half year, we had made new breakthroughs and records on business. Sales and Technical Departments played team advantages to keep ahead with the market share, our signed contracts had made new breakthroughs; Cone Yarn Package Logistics Line realized regular orders, and our orders were hopefully to exceed the expectations. Technical innovations had made new breakthroughs, production and operation gird control system was preliminarily formed, quality gird system was also preliminarily built, planning production gird control system was also formed. We started to push sales gird control, and input the ideas at the sales meeting held by Sales Manager. “New Height, Sincere Service” had carried out in depth, and the platform for overall quality improvement has been initially formed.
The Textile Machinery Company will make breakthroughs from the three aspects of “Quality, Efficiency and kinetic energy”, around 2018 general target and our new missions , we emphasize the three work modules “stressing innovation, pushing changes, forcing execution”, to fulfill the 2018 operation targets, as well as building gird and module control systems. We carry out our work mainly from the seven aspects of production innovation , market planning, quality breakthrough, cost control, efficiency improvement, Ameba operation, team construction , and executive power, continuously build “Three Characters” and fight for building centennial Hicorp .
