Hicorp Organized Training Activities of Marketing and Purchasing during the Spring Festival of 2019
Hicorp Group held the training activities of marketing and purchasing at No.500 meeting room at 8am on 11th Feb, 2019, there were about 67 personnel attended this training who were from Marketing and Purchasing Departments.
The training was included five aspects .Firstly , we invited our General Manager Mr.Liu to give special training activities on contract review and risk prevention of contract implementation . Focusing on the prevention of risks before signing contract, during implementation and clauses, combing with specific cases of purchasing and marketing happened at our company , with simple language to expound the prevention of contract risk systematically. His illustration is detailed and emphasized practicability , and it was well received by all trainees.
Secondly, we invited the lawyer Xu Shan, our Hicorp legal adviser , to start from the real cases of our Group, to vividly explain the legal problems we have encountered in the purchasing and marketing, as well as the related laws and regulations, and how to avoid risks and solve problems, etc. Legal knowledge is the common sense that we must have in our daily work. We need to improve our understanding , abide by laws and regulations in all aspects of sales and purchasing, and take laws and regulations to protect the legal rights and interests of our company and ourselves,
Afterwards, the Director Xu of Financial Center explained the latest published financial regulations, focusing on the application of new financial policy, combing with loading and installation of individual tax APP ,and declaration on APP , guiding the trainees to understand the changes of policies and environment, with innovative vision, to follow development trend, to open minds , to learn and improve.
The Director of Import and Export Business Center explained from the international conditions, analyzed the influence on our work and life caused by national latest polices in details , combing with recent international and domestic trading conditions , guiding us to improve the understandings from the aspects of selling methods and operation . She requested that all the trainees should look out with international and innovative vision, facing changeable international conditions, we must take customer-oriented , put the customers at first place, face to the world, provide service to global customers, and promote Hicorp to grow into a respected international first-class enterprise.
Meanwhile, combing with the demands of sales personnel, we also added sales knowledge to the training, through watching training video, to guide and sales personnel to learn sales skills, and they will create pride performances at the new year.
Hicorp training is based on the principles of improving Hicorp people’ skills and qualities, keeping up with the company’s development needs, proceeding from the reality, to push us to broaden our minded, to improve our own requirements, to train talents for centennial development of Hicorp.
