Hicorp Held 2019 Awards Ceremony for Innovation & Gala Dinner
Hicorp held the first session of Awards Ceremony for Innovation and 2019 Gala Dinner on 18th Feb, the fourteenth day of the first month of the lunar calendar, the related collectives from all branch companies including marketing teams , technological teams, 2018 Group Models, excellent monitor teams, middle management teams , as well as labor models attended the activities, and celebrated our festival.
The ceremony is including two aspects, the first is Awards Ceremony for Innovation from 16:00 to 17:00. The wards ceremony for innovation is the first session of Hicorp Group, it was hosted by the General Manager Sun Xu. At the meeting, the General Manager Sun read out “Awards List of Innovation in the year of 2018”, and the awarding ceremony of products and technics prize was held afterwards.
The product innovation golden prize was won by the Automatic Packaging of Yarn Spinning Bags of Textile Machinery Company, the silver prize was won by HCP 2025 combined type of Roving Frame of R & D team of Textile Machinery Company, and the copper prize was awarded by Automatic Production Line of Small Components of Heavy Industry Science and Technology Company. The technics innovation golden prize was won by bottom mould welding production line of segment mould of Heavy Industry Science and Technology Company, silver prize was awarded to PC mould special hydraulic machine and welding rod of Heavy Industry Science and Technology Company, and the copper prize was won by Qingdao Auto Parts –the reducing cost and increasing efficiency of LNG gas supply system .The leaders issued awards to the R& D personnel in turns.
Afterwards, the awarded representatives Ma Hengyin on behalf of product technological innovation prize team and Dong Runbo on behalf of innovative project presented the processes at the meeting.
The President made an important speech at the meeting, he pointed out that innovation was the soul of Hicorp, as well as the core. Innovation was everywhere and endless. Our President explained from the specific case occurred in the production and work, expounded the stories happened on Hicorp people with Hicorp language, fully affirmed and praised the innovative cases of Wang Shixu and Lin Zhiguang of Heavy Industry Science and Technology Company, stressed the real innovation should be customer-centered, and the spontaneous innovation of the whole staff. He also put forward demands on the participated staff, he hoped we work with innovative ideas and innovation sense, customer-centered , unite together to lead the industry as pioneering with more deep innovative atmosphere.
The Hicorp Gala Dinner was officially started at 17:18 pm, and opened the curtain in the exciting sound of firecrackers.

At the meeting, Gao Ciquan , Manger of Sheet Metal Department of Textile Machinery Company, Dong Runbo, group Model of Heavy Industry Science and Technology Company, and Ma Min , group model of Textile Machinery Company, representative of management cadre team, production team and technological team expressed their gratitude to the trainings and encouragement of Hicorp. They talked freely about their gains and feelings to Hicorp since they joined in Hicorp. They also called on all of us to learn the core values of “customer-oriented, leading the industry as pioneer with innovation ”, to work with more actions and joined efforts to realize the Hicorp vision of “Leading the industry as pioneer, Creating a centuries-old Hicorp”.
Our President made a toast speech, stated the history of Gala Dinner, talked about his understanding to a harmonious and prosperous company, he hoped that all of us cherished the time gathered at Hicorp , and made joint efforts to achieve our beautiful vision and great mission of “leading the industry as a pioneer, and creating centuries-old Hicorp”.
The young people of League Committee brought many shows, including he dance of “Congratulations on Riches”, “Randish the Youth”, as well as the songs “Toast Song” and “Borrowing to Heaven for Five Hundred Years Again”. The semi-chorus "Dark Blue Flames", compiled by the technical team of Textile Machinery Company, with the strong voice and passionate singing, aroused everyone's resonance and won a lot of applause.
Wang Li, the Hicorp star from Qingdao Auto Parts Copmpany, brought the song "Better and Better", which brought the atmosphere of Gala to a climax. We believe that in the coming 2019, under the wise leadership of the Board of Directors of the Group , the Hicorp people took the core values of “Customer-oriented, leading the industry as a pioneer with innovation “, with joined efforts and sustainable innovation to push the rapid development of Hicorp and create the best record in history.
The wonderful lottery was also held at the Gala . 56 lucky people received valuable prizes from the Group Leaders and lucky drawn guests and shared their happiness. Everyone enjoyed at the Gala, talked freely their efforts and achievements , and the pride of being a Hicorp people. The whole Group canteen was immersed in the festival atmosphere.
With the snowflakes flying all over the sky and in the brilliant fireworks show, 2019 Hicorp Gala Dinner drew to a successful conclusion.
